Fabio Tocco, Offshore

Fabio joined Acergy in June 2001 as 2nd Officer Senior Dynamic Positioning Operator onboard Acergy Kestrel and served as 1st Officer until 2005 when he was moved to the Acergy Osprey.

Fabio has attended our Offshore Management Development programme and his career has seen him progress to Chief Officer, before being appointed Captain of the Acergy Discovery in 2007.

Fabio says “As Captain, together with my crew, I strive to maintain an excellent safety and security culture, built upon good team work and strong relationships between all the working departments on the vessel.”
