Chief Operating Officer
Appointment: Bruno Chabas was appointed as Acergy’s Chief Operating Officer in October 2002, with responsibility for all the day-to-day commercial and operational activity. His scope currently includes Offshore Resources, Operations, Engineering, Business Development and Supply Chain Management. Skills and experience: Since joining the Group in 1992 Mr Chabas has held various positions in the U.K., France and the U.S., including Chief Financial Officer. He has seen the Group’s rapid growth from the inside, having lived through all the major acquisitions. He holds an MA in Economics from the University of Science at Aix-en-Provence and an MBA from Babson College in Massachusetts.
