Career Development Programme Outline

This programme is a personal development opportunity to develop the future leaders of our business. It is aimed at high performing / high potential individuals, considered likely to be able to move into senior roles within the next five to ten years.

The programme has a number of key stages:

• Invitation to join the programme from an individual’s manager
• Enrolment exercises
• Three day workshop
• Individual coaching on an ongoing basis
• Career development plans agreed and presented to the People Development Committee.
