EMCA Dolphin Deep Development Project

Working as a contractor to field operator British Gas International, our goal was to help transport natural gas from two subsea wells through the British Gas Dolphin A Platform to their Beachfield onshore facilities. This complex EPIC project with many variables involved protracted negotiations between British Gas, Acergy, and the local regulators on the permitted shore approach. Once agreed our 801 Lay Barge was deployed and the project completed, with over 90 km of 24” offshore gas pipeline laid.
