Our development framework allows all Acergy people to actively manage their professional, personal and career development.

The functional schemes are built around three critical components:

  • A capability framework that provides guidance on the skills, experiences and knowledge required for the different roles within a function
  • Manager support, to discuss people's current and future roles
  • Development guidelines to help people continually improve their skills set
