Graduate Engineer Recruitment

Are You Looking for a Challenge?

Every year Acergy recruits graduate engineers in our offices around the world. Our global Graduate Engineering Development Scheme starts annually in October. Each of our regions has its own dedicated engineering team – the largest are based in Paris, Aberdeen and Stavanger, with smaller teams in Singapore, Houston and Rio de Janeiro. Graduates in most of these locations join the global scheme.

The Graduate Engineering Development Scheme (GEDS)

Offers promising engineering graduates:

  • A rewarding career in a dynamic, challenging environment
  • Innovative and technologically sophisticated project work
  • The opportunity to develop your full potential
  • Continuous professional development

How it works

The two-year programme is designed to provide you with all the skills you’ll need to become a leader in your field. It combines on-the-job project training, offshore projects, placements outside engineering, and off-the-job training modules. These cover engineering specialisations, organisational behaviour and other key functional disciplines. The GEDS group travel to one location to receive on-the-job training, enabling you to mix with your global peers and experts within the company. Every one who joins the scheme is assigned a personal mentor to provide guidance and assistance in helping you make the most of your opportunities.
