Our joint ventures Acergy also operates a number of joint ventures, providing resources and expertise to support our operational capabilities in many regions. Our joint ventures include: - NKT Flexibles. We jointly own this Danish-based manufacturer of flexible pipes for undersea operation, including dynamic and static risers, static flowlines, subsea jumpers, topside jumpers and expansion joints.
- Seaway Heavy Lifting. We jointly own this well-established offshore contractor, based in the Netherlands. Seaway operates the heavy lift ship Stanislav Yudin, fully equipped for the installation and removal of major offshore structures.
- SapuraAcergy. In partnership with Sapura Crest Petroleum of Malaysia, we jointly own and operate the Sapura 3000, a heavy lift pipelay and derrick vessel in the Asia Pacific region.
- Sonamet. In partnership with Sonangol and Wapo International we own Sonamet which produces high-quality fabrications for oil companies operating both shallow and deep water projects off the coast of Angola.
- Global Oceon Engineers Nigeria Limited (Oceon) is a joint venture partnership, based in Nigeria between Petrolog Group, Pegasus International and Acergy. This forms a multi-disciplinary engineering design company that offers comprehensive engineering services from definition engineering through to construction support.
