Senior VP And General Counsel
Appointment: Johan Rasmussen serves as Senior Vice President and General Counsel. He joined the Group in 1988 as an in-house Legal Advisor and was promoted to the position of General Counsel in March 1996. Skills and experience: Prior to joining Acergy, Mr Rasmussen served with a subdivision of the Norwegian Ministry of Defense and as a Deputy Judge in the Haugesund District Court from 1986 to 1988. Mr Rasmussen has a Law Degree from the University of Oslo in Norway, is a Norwegian attorney-at-law and a member of the Norwegian Bar Association. Mr Rasmussen is also our representative in the International Marine Contractors Association (“IMCA”) and currently serves as President of this Association.
