Offshore Management Development Programme Outline

The programme particularly aims to enhance people management skills in the offshore arena. The programme is designed for:

• Offshore Supervisors – those with the potential to move into Offshore Management positions within three or four years
• Future Managers – high potential employees expected to move into Offshore Management within the next 10 years
• Experienced Managers – existing, experienced supervisors and managers who need to adapt to the changing demands of their role and support the development of the other two categories.

The programme is delivered in partnership with a respected UK business school through modular workshops, remote virtual group work, diagnostic instruments, projects / assignments, online learning resource centre and coaching techniques.
