Project Manager Programme Outline

This 3-year development programme is for Project Managers at all levels and those on a project management career path. It is designed to help us develop our project people to be the best in the industry.

The programme is based on research into how excellent project managers manage to get great results. The series of international workshops offer a forum to share best practice and to raise the bar on project performance.

For individual project managers the programme also provides support to develop their project management careers.
