Appointment: Simon Crowe joined Acergy in October 2009 as Chief Financial Officer.

Skills and experience: Prior to joining Acergy, Mr Crowe held senior financial, strategic and corporate finance positions across a range of industries, including several international energy companies, having worked in a number of locations around the world including London, Geneva, Houston, Paris and Singapore. His most recent roles prior to joining Acergy were at Transocean as Vice President, Strategy and Planning, & Finance Director of Transocean’s Europe & Africa Business. He holds a degree in Physics from Liverpool University and is a member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants in the UK Mr Crowe is a British citizen and lives in England, UK
