Director
Mr Westlie has been a Non-executive Director of the Company since June 2004. He is Chairman of the Audit Committee and a member of the Compensation Committee. His current work is in the Telecommunication sector as the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for the Telenor Group. He has previously long experience in the oil and gas service sector as the Group Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Aker Kvaerner ASA from 2002 to 2004; and management positions including Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Aker Maritime ASA from 2000 to 2002, and Executive Vice President, Business Development for Aker RGI ASA from 1998 to 2000. He qualified as a State Authorised Public Auditor from Norges Handelshøyskole (the Norwegian School of Economics and Business administration) and has served on numerous corporate boards.
