Acergy Orion

The Acergy Orion is a derrick / lay barge designed to work for medium and shallow water operations. Capable of laying pipes of up to 42" outside diameter and with a 165tonne crane, she is the ideally suited for small and medium size projects.

Based in Port Gentil, Gabon, the Acergy Orion is easily mobilised anywhere in West Africa. She has an excellent track record of successful construction and installation operations.
