CNR Subsea Services Project

CNR awarded a contract for the “Provision of Subsea Services” to Acergy on the 1st of December 2005. Contract is for a period of five years, with 3 x one year options thereafter.

The contract is designed to operate on a preferred client/contractor basis, such that, Acergy is the sole provider of non-EPIC subsea services to CNR. The scope of the contract includes ROV services, diving and pipelay resources for construction/development projects, IRM and survey in the UKCS and West Africa regions. Acergy involvement is from inception of project and covers all project support including management, engineering and procurement.
