Career Development Programme Outline
This programme is a personal development opportunity to develop the future leaders of our business. It is aimed at high performing / high potential individuals, considered likely to be able to move into senior roles within the next five to ten years.
The programme has a number of key stages:
- Invitation to join the programme from an individual’s manager
- Enrolment exercises
- Three day workshop
- Individual coaching on an ongoing basis
- Career development plans agreed and presented to the People Development Committee.
