Our Code of Business Conduct
We have adopted a Code of Business Conduct applicable to all directors, employees and officers, which also constitutes the Code of Ethics applicable to our Chief Executive Officer, Chief Financial Officer, Controller and persons performing similar functions, in accordance with the Sarbanes-Oxley Act of 2002 and the applicable laws, rules and regulations of the Securities Exchange Commission and the NASDAQ National Market.
