Delivering our Engineering Conversion Programme is part of our commitment to increase our engineering expertise and to develop our engineers to be the best in the industry. Our aim is to be the employer of choice in an increasingly competitive marketplace.
This is a strategic programme to support the recruitment and development of engineers from outside of our industry to become competent subsea-to-surface engineers.
Thinking globally, acting locally
Whilst we are a global organisation we recognise that each of our regions have differently engineering needs and therefore these programmes are being tailored to suit their specific needs. This means that each of the programmes will have common themes but will vary.
Currently we have two programmes operational in Asia and Middle East and in Northern Europe and Canada. Brochures with content of these programmes are available here for download. As each of the other regional programmes become defined a brochure with more specific details will be published here.
