James B. Hurlock


Mr Hurlock is a retired partner from the law firm of White & Case LLP and served as Chairman of its Management Committee from 1980 to 2000. He has been a Non-executive Director of the Company since 2002 and was appointed Deputy Chairman in February 2005. He is a member of both the Audit Committee and the Deputy Chairman of the Governance and Nomination Committee. He participated in the formation and served on the Board of Northern Offshore Ltd. which during the 1970s operated diver lock-out submarines and provided other services to the offshore oil industry. He holds a BA degree from Princeton University, an MA in Jurisprudence from Oxford University and a JD from Harvard Law School. Mr Hurlock is a U.S. citizen.
