Tyrihans

Acergy was awarded the Tyrihans Subsea Installations 2008 project by Statoil in June 2006. The scope covers installation of umbilicals, service lines, flexible risers and jumpers, Direct Electrical Heating riser, manifolds, riser bases, tie-ins and precommissioning services. The scope also comprises design, fabrication, and installation of rigid spool and flowline protection covers.

The Tyrihans Subsea Installations 2008 project follows the installation in 2007 of the four production Tyrihans templates and the two 16/18" and 10" pipelines, (installed respectively by Acergy Piper and Acergy Falcon) connecting the Tyrihans field to the Kristin and Åsgard B floating platforms.

The Tyrihans Subsea Installations 2008 is a key package to bring the Tyrihans field on-stream in 2009
